Return and Refund Policy – Moon Jewellery
At Moon Jewellery, we strive to provide you with quality jewelry that will bring you complete satisfaction. However, if you encounter a problem with your order, here is our return and refund policy:
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:
The jewelry must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging.
The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Customizable Jewelry – Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
All customizable jewelry (with engraving, charm options, or any other custom modification) is final. It cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. After validation, we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.
4. Return Procedure
Contact our customer service at info@moon-jewellery.netwith your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Return the jewelry in its original condition with shipping tracking.
Once the return has been validated, the refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days to the initial payment method.
5. Exceptions
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Jewelry on sale or on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- Moon Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
